Pickaxe melee weapon should be available now in "Fall in Death" campaign.
I saw the pickaxe in the start safe house in map 4 "l4d2_fallindeath04".

Now if we could remove the buggy intro, the campaign would work fine:

When joining the first map, sometimes the player only sees a static picture.
He can see the glow around the other players and he can run, shoot etc. but the picture is somehow overlayed and playing is not possible.
Reconnect does not work.
Only map restart seems to work.
But the next who joins to map 1 will have the same problem.

Maybe we can strip off the intro to fix that problem.

Other maps in this campaign does not have this problem.
